Chitra Studio is free to download. A yearly licence lets you generate, and generations are paid for as you go with Chitra Credits.

The app
Chitra Studio for Mac
Download it free to import, browse and organise your library. A licence unlocks generating: every model and every tool, on every Mac you sign in on, with 50 credits added with each year's payment.
- The licence renews automatically each year. Turn renewal off at any time in Settings → Account; the licence then runs to the end of the year you paid for.
- If the licence ends, your library stays on your Mac and the app still opens and organises it. Generating stops until the licence is renewed.
- Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of everything, with 50 credits. Sign in with your email; no card is needed, and nothing is charged when it ends. Buying during the trial starts your year from the day you pay.
Chitra Credits
Credits pay for generations. Credits you buy do not expire, and are spent while your licence is current. A generation that fails or is refused costs nothing.

Credit packs are sold to accounts with a current licence or trial. The licence and credits are bought inside the app, under Settings → Account; payment is handled by Dodo Payments.

Each model has its own price in credits, shown in the app before you generate. Typical prices:

Prices follow the model providers' and can change. The price shown in the app at the moment you generate is the one that applies.
Refunds
To request a refund, email support@chitra.studio from the address on your Chitra account. Refunds are handled by email only; there is no refund button in the app.
The 14-day free trial is there so you can be sure before paying, so payments are not normally refunded; if something has gone wrong, write to us and we will look at it. Credit packs are not refundable. If a generation was charged in error, we return the credits. See the refund terms.
